Whenever my exercise motivation starts to lag, my first avenue of attack is to change up my music. It always spices up my workouts, and knowing I have a few great new songs to listen to makes me look forward to going to the gym even when I’m tired. I also need a constant stream of new music ideas for putting together spin classes. Gotta keep if FRESH!
